My Googling shows that both are a mixture of buprenorphine plus nalaxone Subutex is only buprenorphine https://medmark.com/suboxone-vs-subutex-vs-zubsolv-which-is-better-for-treating-an-opioid-addiction/ If only buprenorphine then it wouod be OK for cat at appropriate dose. However w/naloxone I would only give only direction of vet.
