Hi I would like to change my chucky to mostly can cat food he's gaining weight he's 20 pds and constipated all the time he's 13 years old. I have him on tiki dry food and some can tiki very expensive. I also have another cat with health problems. I read that friskies can food ptez are low in carbs but I'm not sure what ones to buy and the carbs are for the whole can I'm not sure please can use some advice .thank you

The carb content is for the entire can.

Is your cat diabetic? You'll want to stick to foods under 10% carbs. If you can remove all the dry food from the diet, that would help blood glucose levels.

Also, if your kitty is constipated, you may want to add water to the food. I'd wait until you switch to canned food though. There's much more moisture in a canned food diet and switching the diet may help. Also, make the switch slowly otherwise, your cat may have some GI issues.
