Ever since Tommy was diagnosed and changed to wet food, I have become a label reader. Sometimes people give me an odd look while I'm reading the label. When I see a new "flavor" so to speak I check it out. I basically know to look for taboo ingredients to see if Tommy can have it. I've been reading to limit the fish, but I find fish in almost all cans even if fish isn't on the front label. So take a look at these ingredients I found for a Beef & Liver dinner:
meat by-products, poultry by-products, water, beef, animal liver, fish, guar gum, and a bunch of minerals and supplements.
I see no starches here. So do you think it would qualify as within the <10% ? Thanks for any input!

Depending on how carb-sensitive Tommy is, you can always buy a can and use him as a guinea pig. Feed it to him and see if his numbers go up. ;-)
