Cat diagnosed with Diabetes a week ago

Hello, my cat is a 13 yr old male who was just diagnosed with diabetes a week ago. I don't know what to about getting him the insulin, because i don't have time to give it 2x a day.. I had 3 cats, i had to euthanize him because he had cancer that grew drastically within 3 months of finding out.
This is emotionally draining..i need help..

Please post in the Main Forum so that more members can see and respond. Please mention if the vet prescribed insulin, what kind and what dosage. Sometimes, a change in diet can lower the blood glucose to a point of remission, with insulin support for a shorter time. What are you feeding your cat?
