Cat Acne Recommendations?

Xander started with acne blackheads on his chin a few weeks ago. They don't seem to bother him too much, but I have seen him scratch them. He uses a ceramic food bowl and im not sure if it could be a food allergy, as he hasn't had a recent change.

Should I start with Chlorhexidine wipes?

my Coco also got them a few months ago I made a tea from Chamomile, put in the fridge in a jar and about 4 times a day I would dab the area, it went away in about a week or so, and non toxic, it cleared up completely, she liked the coldness, it relieved the itching, and stopped scratching

Comb out the black specks with a fine toothed flea comb. Then wipe the chin with a cotton ball soaked in witch hazel. Avoid getting too close to the lips.

If there are acne bumps, that may require ointment from the vet.
