Don't you hate those bounces.....

Yeah, but it means +6 was low; he's been around 70 lately with no problems. Debating what to do...I've got a big trip with my scouts in 2 weeks. Thinking of telling mom to go with .8u.

Re: Cassie 6/4-5

Hi Lisa
Cassie is getting some really decent numbers
If your Mom isnot going to test I would err on the side of caution
and reduce to at least .8

She tries to test but usually isn't successful. This is a long trip, too. I'll be gone 10 days.

+5 233

Re: Cassie 6/4-5

+6 61

This is pushing the edge of comfortable territory. Given this &the recent bounce, should I reduce- ss up to date except this cycle (pmps was 268).

Nice +6, but getting down there.

I think I would reduce, but not by much. You are getting great numbers and don't want to throw that off.

There is nothing more eye opening than stepping on a cold wet hairball .

Of course, I agree with Robin :-D - but I really was going to say that before I read her post. Kudos to your mom for trying so hard!! My mom is diabetic (pills) and doesn't even want to watch me to TRY to learn how to help with Hershey. When we want to go somewhere, her suggestion is to 'board him because he's so sick.'

Cassie - Be extra good for grandma!

Got another week & a half before the trip. I'mdefinitely gonna have mom reduce to 0.8u; I just wonder if I should reduce before that. He's having a fairly shallow cycle today, but that's better than a bounce.

I like the (61) and I'm told the more they see nice numbers, the more comfortable they'll get with them - less bouncing. So, if it was me - I would try to resist reducing (before the trip) unless you see him go much lower. But, you've done SOOO well with Cassie, I'd hate to throw him off/set him back. But, you have to reduce while you're away anyway...so, yeah, if it was me...I'd try to 'hold to what 'cha got' (as my daddy used to say :-D )

Guess I'll see what he does the.next few days. If he goes low again I'll reduce, but otherwise we'll stick with 1.0.
