Can't find the insulin injection schedules chart

Hello,

I can't find the insulin injection schedules chart. I've clicked on the links and it sends me back to the home page of the website. I've also clicked the link to send a note that the chart link isn't working, but that link isn't working either. Can someone help me? Can it be placed on the site in its usable form so we can print it out as a jpeg?
 
Are you talking about the spreadsheet that we use to record all the test data and shot information? Not exactly sure what you can't locate, but I'd like to help you find it!
