Can someone look at my spreadsheet?

I would like to ask a favor, if someone more experienced than my newbie self can look at my spreadsheet and tell me if you can interpret anything from the numbers. There's only a week or so of data so maybe it's too soon but does anything stand out to you so far? Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Thank you!

You are seeing some drop. It takes a few days for a dose change to see maximum effect with a depot insulin like Lantus. If you are still getting similar BG in a few days I would increase to 1 unit.
