Can someone advise on lantus dosing.

Yolanda has just joined us and we have been discussing dosing on her thread in the newbie section as the vet started her on 2 units once a day.

She has decided to go for 0.5 unit twice a day following the SLGS protocol as she has switched over to low carb.

Can someone just clarify what her no shot level is as a newbie. I can't remember or see where it is written

When starting and minimal mid-cycle data, we use 200 mg/dL on a human meter as the no shot limit.
