Can I give the adequan at the same time through the port on the sub q fluids? It would kill 2 birds with one stone and help distribute the med. And I wouldn't have to poke her 2 x. ???

I could be wrong but what I was reading 
, it sounds like Adequan is supposed to be given IM, not SubQ. Therefore, couldn't be given through the same port. Hopefully, someone who actually knows will respond

It's ok to give sub q, it takes a little longer, but she doesn't have enough muscle to do that. I was just curious if it would affect the potency of the adequan.
