can i give more buprenex now?

I have syringes with 0.2ml doses buprenex.
I gave Fluffy a dose at 2pm and 0.1ml at 6:30pm.

He weighs 13.5 lbs and has severe arthritis. He is really hurting from vet visit
yesterday. They did x-rays and pulled and tugged trying to get a good x-ray.
Both hips are really bad and he needs a knee replacement so he is really hurting.
He won't eat except for a little dry food and now has diarrhea.
He had aspirin this afternoon.
He had a cortizone shot yesterday.
I didn't ask how often i could give it because he usually doesn't have to have it
this often.
how often is it ok to give?

that's about the dose my cleo had (she was 9 lbs). she got it every 8 to 12 hrs.
when it didn't help enuf my vet let me up the dose to 0.3ml every 8 to 12 hrs.
i think you can give it as soon as 6 hrs, but i wouldn't give it sooner than that.
