Can anyone recommend an easy to find probiotic?

Newkitty is having terrible diarrhea. Can anyone recommend one that is easy to find? I haven't had any luck with the fancy refrigerated kind. Also she has pancreatitis and can't handle stuff like viokase. Will the probiotic be kind to the pancreatitis?
 
FortiFlora may be purchased online - if you try it, use just a pinch at first to see how she responds.
Sometimes, it can cause diarrhea.

Yogurt with active cultures may be helpful - but again, test with a small amount first.

A small amount of psyllium powder - 1/4 tsp - added to food has been helpful for some.

Also, if stool is pasty gray and voluminous (heaping) (suggestive of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency), discuss with vet whether the pancreatitis may be reducing the digestive enzyme output and if enzyme supplementing might help.
 
Allie,I've gotten Culturelle capsules at CVS before. I forget what aisle it was in but they do have probiotics in just about any regular drug store.

BJM, thank you. I forgot all about FortiFlora. I heard it tastes really good too so that will help. I just ordered it and hopefully it will be here by Saturday. Her poops are a normal color and uh...texture, when not having this diarrhea so I don't think she has insufficiency at this time. I will get some plain yogurt and also the psyllium if the FortiFlora does not work and I'll start with a tiny amount like you suggested, thanks!
