I have a very sweet, very elderly gentleman who is caring for an older old diabetic on Lantus. He can only likely practice a relaxed protocol due to his age. He can't use a message board like the FDMB. He does use email. This cat is in desperate need of COMPETENT dosing advice from someone willing to answer his emails and give safe Lantus dosing advised via relaxed protocol. I am not qualified to give dosing advice!
