Still within normal margins so just leaving her be afterall she popped up to 146 on me yesterday and dropped right back to 88 by last night.

Ummmm two!!! Cassanova is on his OTJ trial too now Mz Thang needs to get with the program. Although she is probably gonna do an insulin switch while we're getting her thyroid back in line.

Moving her to PZI at least until we get her thyroid regulated since while that dose is in flux her bgs are going to be erratic. Dr Tami thought maybe an in and out where I can shoot on a sliding scale might make things easier and safer. Our only disagreement is which one she said N, I said PZI ...I won.

So once Autumn makes the switch in 5 years I'll have had cats on N, Lantus, Levemir and now PZI. Someone seems to think I need to know how to dose with every insulin out there for cats lol. Wonder if the Universe is trying to tell me something?

Two days down 12 to go. Gee Dr Tami I'm sorry I broke Bob's kitty. This is going to be so hard to explain to her daddy. When he left her she was old and sick on 7u bid eating dry food. Now she's on canned food off insulin and chasing a 6 month old kitten around the house. And she's all soft and silky.
