So yesterday in part because of Sue's input I pushed my vet to let me up Fern's dose to 3u (I'm still letting her think she is the only one making dosing decisions). I had to work today so I couldn't monitor the results. Of course Fern was at 246 PMPS. I would love to know if this is because we dropped low or if it is just a longer lasting dose today. Oh well someone has to keep him in the squishies and a roof over his head.
 
Yeah My vet doesn't know about the extra .5u but from what I can tell that extra 1/2 helps a lot if it is a late nadir.
 
+ 2.5/3 hours 240. It looks like we are hanging in there which is good. (patting self on back for the 1.5u for now).
