could he be still reacting to the new vile opened 2 days ago? Or rebound from green yesterday?
hold the dose still, or increase ? ideas pleeeease.

Yes, a red after 2 whole cycles could be a bounce from the extended period of lower numbers yesterday. It's just a delayed reaction, no big deal.

My concern if you raise dose now is that he had 40s on 1.3U not too long ago. If you are prepared for that again, you've been at 1.2 long enough to try a raise and see what happens. What about trying 1.25U? He had a very good cycle yesterday, there was some surfing hours in green, which usually means you're on top of the best dose - it just needs some fine tuning - be certain you dose is accurate/the same each time and that you keep to the 12/12 schedule with no more than 15 minutes leeway. And fine tuning can also mean a drop more or a drop less. Yes, at these low doses it can make that much of a difference, especially when you're getting greens but there still seems to be too much swing.

Your other, and possibly better, option is to remain at 1.2U through the bounce (affects will be from this cycle to the next) and see where he goes after that. You might be surprised. Greens for a few hours are a good sign, no matter whether they bounce from it or not. I cannot tell you how many times Gandalf had that happen and I'd lower the dose or raise the dose and I wouldn't see greens again for a while. Over time I learned to ride it out, held the dose and saw what happened after the bounce cleared. That worked better.

So even though you've been at 1.2U for a while, the green are a breakthrough and you got them on this dose, so it's probably worth pursuing the 1.2U for a while longer.
