p.s. if tonight's PS is quite a bit lower than this morning's, I'd probably pull back to 0.5u, or 0.4u if the PS is under 180. I'm thinking you are getting pretty good traction now on the 0.6u, and it may be a hair too strong now? I wouldn't want you to reduce too quickly and lose progress, but at the same time I wouldn't want you to risk her getting too low, especially if you can't spot check overnight. If you do reduce a little too much and the PSs go higher, you can always bump back up to 0.6 tomorrow. Nice thing is she does respond well to the insulin, so I think you have room to experiment a little.
