I might have been a little less aggressive on the dose this morning. Maybe saving the .75 for anything above 300. I'm not sure if you think you can eyeball any doses between .5 and .75.
If you see something like that 95 at +4 or like last night that big drop to 286 from the 400s by +3, do make sure to at least have food out that they can eat.
The good news is that she seems to be doing early nadir right now [this may move back after some weeks]. So she's makes me hope she is not going to continue to go down for two more hours.
I'm betting it will turn out a good day for her today.
