The vet called about 20 minutes ago. He has a bacterial infection, and cancer. I could use Baytril to clear the infection, but he would be suffering from the cancer. The urinalysis showed 0-5 squamous cells, neoplacia (or something like that). He'll be our 4th casualty this year. We'll be down to 5. I can't allow him to suffer. I just can't. He's still eating, and drinking, and provided me with a solid poo earlier this morning. Right now, he's in a box. His weight is 12.94 lbs., down 0.51 since 10/08 when I last weighed him. I just gave him some kibble, and he ate it all. It was the least I could do for him. I'm now making the tough decision yet again. 4x this year. He's the last of our late Precious' family. He's Precious' grandson, our late Scooter's nephew. Our late Mom's cat.
