Hate to post all around and drive everyone nuts.
I've gotten wonderful advise from all of you
I've updated Bubbas current condition on the lantus board (tr)
Im a bit beside myself at the moment. If you could take a look and let me know your thoughts, that'd be great.
Eating ok, just started drinking a bit more
Water ( set up his water fountain) last night.

Hydration is good.
Eating is good.
Ketones @ trace level suggest infection or possibly not enough insulin.
Remember urine collects over several hours, so recheck with fresh pee, within 15-30 minutes after urination.

You're dealing with an infection which may cause glucose to run higher.

What insulin & dose?
Get some mid-cycle tests regardless. You've been @ the same dose long enough that you may be due for an increase.
