Good Morning L & L ~
Well, Bubba managed to string 7 days of all green starts for AM & PM so I gave him a tiny reduction from 1.1 to a even 1 unit and was hopeful that it would hold. So, at +4 test him and he was 35! Retest, 38!!! Guess he really needed the reduction.
Luckily, I had one can of FF Roasted so I all ready given him his raw snack so he got a tbsp. of the MC and I will be testing again in another 10 mins. ( I haven't had to steer from low numbers in a very lllllong time. )
I am thinking tonight he gets a full .25 reduction instead of .25.
ETA: This low number comes after an experiment with changing up his injection site for better absorption. After 2 years of just about always shooting the shoulders only, I started thinking about scar tissue slowing down absorption and have shot the scruff 3 times in the last few days. I'm thinking that perhaps the site change could be responsible for this sudden drop.
