Good Morning L & L ~

This was a nice surprise. Bubba stayed pretty flat last night in the 80's.

We had a nice visit with my DH and DDIL and grand cats. They took us for lunch at one of my favorite restaurants. I had shrimp and grits and it was the best I have ever had and would make any Southern so proud. :joyful:

Sending vines to all beans and kitties in need today as always. :bighug:

Right after I posted, Forrest came to the door with an offering. We traded the vole for a treat
 
Good morning Bobbie. Never had grits. Just don't appeal to me. I have aversions to certain textures. Love banana flavor, nope, can't eat them. Lol.

That is funny! I knew several peeps that way one of which was my late brother, Bud. My mom made the best Southern style tomatoes and my Bud couldn't eat them because of the texture.

Happy you had a nice time yesterday! I can't stand the texture of grits (not that we find it much here in Ontario lol) but I love shrimp!
 
Nice work Bubba...keep it green sweet boy. Hope Bubba didn't see the gift Forest brought you. Where do you go in NJ? Glad you had a nice time and enjoyed a yummy lunch.

Forrest looks pretty pleased with himself that he got such a nice gift for his bean. Aren't you glad that he gave it to you a few days early rather than wrapping it and putting it under the tree? ;)

Bubba was in the basement when Forrest brought his gift to me but, when he came upstairs again, he gave Forrest a complete Cat Scan and I know he smelled the rodent!

My son lives in Collingswood NJ and we go to Seasons 52 at the Cherry Hill Mall. There is one in Phoenix. Have you ever been. Delicious food, they change their menu weekly an use seasonal produce each season. If you haven't ever been, go if you can. One of the ones here is PA has a baby grand piano that sits in the circle bar in the middle of the restaurant which get played.
 
lol rodents are the one thing i cannot do lol... hence my even bigger love of my kitties... hoping that one doesnt find its way in... last time one did Lincoln and Stubbs finger painted the floor with it while it was bleeding... was not a nice thing to walk into finding on the floor... beautiful numbers yet again Bubba... you keep this up and you will be out with Forrest gathering those ebil voles again before you know it...
 
i thought one of them cut their paw with the scene i walked in on ... wasnt till i saw the dead mouse that i figured it out lol
 
i was lifting and checking all cats paws and getting ready to run to the vets lol... thinking we are going to need stitches or more... but yeah the mouse couldnt be saved even if he had been rushed in lol
