Have any of your sugar kitties had breathing difficulties? Tara doesn't breathe rapidly, but she breathes hard/labored, and I can see her tummy moving. Sometimes she makes a funny wheezing noise out of her nose or throat At first I chalked it up to the heat of the summer, but it's not going away, and now when she leaves her litter pan she lays down and rests for a few minutes. She has a vet appt tomorrow. She's never had her thyroid checked, and I'm also wondering if she got some kind of an infection from laying in front of the AC all summer...Very stressed out.

One other thing, when she had her complete check-up in May, the first thing the vet said was that her heart and lungs sounded good and strong.

Could be asthma but I think another Vet visit is in order. An xray of the herat amd lungs would be wise.
Good luck sending prayers and positives vibes,
jeanne

She's going tomorrow and I'm a wreck. I'm praying for a simple answer but can't get the worst case scenarios out of my head.
