Bounces?

Does it look like Socks is being a bit bouncy or look more like he needs an insulin increase? I want to say he's bouncy, but I'm still new at this.

His shot times have not been very consistent though, so maybe that is it? Got home late a few days ago and have had to step his shots back to get him back on schedule.

Poor guy, I can tell he's not feeling well when his numbers are high

I think I'd start dosing 1.25 at those high reds and blacks and 1 unit at the pinks. Yesterday he had a lovely cycle with a yellow at the end that was shootable. And he didn't bounce back up during last night's cycle.

I know he has been challenging to dose. I do wonder if he would do better on a small dose of Lantus or Levemir as they last longer, with the shed they have. He might level out. Either that or a sliding scale with ProZinc, giving a little more at the higher numbers and a little less at the low ones. Did Robin help you with a possible sliding scale?

I did do a scale for Socks, didn't I post it? I thought I posted it.

Socks Scale ONLY

200 to 299 - .5u
300 to 350 - .75u
351 to 450 - I unit

Any of these steps can be adjusted up or down if we see one isn't working well.

So you guys think I should do 1.25 for 450 and up or 500 and up? I have the sliding scale on my SS but I'll add it to my sig also.
