Boo's bloodwork - what does it all mean??

It seems to me that most indicators are within range and I cannot see what indicator gives the impression there is CKD?

What indicator shows the stage of kidney disease? Does this indicate his kidneys are bad / struggling / about to collapse?

The vet mentioned that the proteins in the urine are high so they would consider putting Boo onto a medicine called 'Semintra' to reduce the amount of protein passing into the urine.

We are feeding Boo high protein, low carb, low phosphorous food and am glad to see his phosphorous is low.

I must also mention that he has very high blood pressure which I suppose is caused by the dental infection.

His BG is very very high. Unfortunately he was unable to undergo his dental procedure on Monday because, although we withheld food after 21h00 as instructed, Boo sneaked out and caught himself a mouse (he's still 'got it'!) and the vet said she won't operate on him because there is a risk of him vomiting whilst under anaesthetic.

So we have a new appointment set up for Monday 21st, but I have in the meantime asked about the credentials of the person who'll be operating on him and apparently they have one senior vet at the practice "with an interest in dental procedures" who could operate on him on Friday (instead of the bog standard vet who is booked in to do it on Monday). Otherwise they say they can refer to a Specialist Dental Vet. Given Boo's blood work, does it look like he'll be at increased risk whilst under anaesthetic? I want to take him to a specialist but the reality is it all is going to cost much more money so if his blood-work shows less cause for concern I might just ask for the Senior vet to perform the op instead.

Any suggestions on what this all means (or what you would do in my place re the dental op) welcome!

Thank you v v v much!

The high Urea (sometimes call BUN) tend to indicate kidney degradation but tend to be higher on a high protein diet.
THe high SDMA which uses various parameters to predict kidney function
An HTC of 29.7, low in the range is not good
A Urine specific gravity of 1.029 is not that good
A high urine Protein:Creatinine indicate kidney degradation
