bonito flakes recipes/ideas?

Hi,

We are having to get increasingly more tricky to get Dude to eat anything that isn't Tuna (I know that cats aren't supposed to eat it more than once or twice a week but all he will eat is evoderm(?) Tuna and Prawns), so we bought some bonito flakes. I'm not sure how to use them though. Do we mix them in with the food? sprinkle them on top? all of the above?

My cats eat them as is. Even the crumbs, they don't miss a drop. Cat-man-doo brand are the crunchiest and the ones they like best, Kitty Kaviar being their least favorite.

You can feed as is or sprinkled on top of food.

Asian supermarkets sell large bags of bonito flakes for a few dollars, a much more affordable option than those expensive tiny containers in the pet store.
