? Blood work for Hotch. Any thoughts welcome

Hello,

I have obtained Hotch's blood work. If anyone understands this and could offer any insight, I would truly appreciate it. Hotch is not getting better and I am worried about creatine levels and CKD. My vet reached out to the specialist yesterday and is awaiting her response. The more recent test (since being OTJ), is found on the last page.

The only think that concerns me is the hematocrit of 29 which is at the low of 29-48 range.
The urine specific gravity of 1,036 does NOT indicate CKD.

Thank you for taking a look. I will look up hematocrit now to better understand. I don't think I've ever heard that word before :bookworm:
