blood sugar spike

hello

ive been getting some spikes and he has recently started prozac and pain med called tramadol.vet says its the prozac and to adjust his shot but online says prozac shouldnt do that?any one have any insight on either med and glucose?

I used tramadol with Sheba for about 2 years and it never effected her BSLs

However if the cat is in pain, the could increase the glucose levels. Why is he on the Tramadol and Prozac?
