Bibo's numbers look better!

Good Morning my friends,

I got up early to check Bibo's bg and at +22 from the last shot, it was 220!!! I thought that was a good number. So I fed him his morning meal and gave him .25u. I decided to stay home one more day, to check on him and just to be here for him. His ears bleed a little after the shot, and he doesn't let me put a pressure on them after the poke, should I be concerned that he's loosing any blood?

I want to thank all our friends on FDMB forum, for guiding me through this. Good Day!

That's a better number than I expected to see.

Blood loss wont be a problem, at least I've never seen that in the years I've posted here. My cats' ears all seem to clot within a few seconds.

Are you giving treats when you test? It will make testing easier, Bibo will start to associate the poke with a nice treat. We use freeze dried chicken, salmon or tuna flakes because Tucker is allergic to wheat and corn gluten.

I am giving him little pieces of boiled chicken Jen. Maybe it will take time for him to get used to the poking and associating it with the chicken treat.
