I've been really trying hard not to give Riley any hard food even though its killing me because he's looking all over for it. He was even trying to get into the bag the other night. But ever since I'm just giving him soft food his glucose levels are getting lower and lower.

I came home today and it was the lowest at 95 that makes me very very happy and he acts like he's feeling better and is neuropathy is not as bad.

I received the methyl b12 today. I crushed it up and put it in a syringe with some water. He acted like it tastes horrible. I could not taste anything, but that's Riley.

I just have this weird feeling that Riley will not lick the juice if I put b12 in the sauce.I could be wrong but I hate to waste a pill because they are kinda expensive considering everything else that I've already spent. They do turn red when you add water to them.

Such great news and great numbers....way to go! Yes crushing it and mixing all in the food should be transparent to Riley. It is definitely a pretty pink.

Bright pink....reminds me of Benadryl, which is apparently very bitter to cats. I gave it to Shiloh a couple of times and she foamed at the mouth like nobody's business! Maybe it is the pink coating?

Great news, Dana. :)

I hope that Riley will tolerate the B12 in his food (much less stressful for both of you if he does ;) ).
