BG 144 Should I Shoot??

URGENT! I just upped Bax to 3 units of Lantus a day and a half ago. Just tested him pre-shot and he's 144. Should I shoot or no? He had just eaten a tiny bit before I tested him (he's a grazer, unfortunately). This is the lowest he's been in MONTHS!! Super exciting, but nervous for hypo.

Hello Melissa, it's exciting isn't it? I noticed you do not have a signature or a spreadsheet set up. I am too new to give you dosing advise without a ss to see how he reacts to insulin.

There are the directions for ss. It tells us their response how low or high in relations to amount abd each individualized kitty.
