It's been a while since I posted about my senior FIV+ diabetic cat Angus. Sadly, in January I had to make the difficult decision to let him go. He was declining and the FIV issues were causing him pain, and I couldn't keep him comfortable anymore. I miss him very much, but I know it was the right decision for him.
Around this time I had received a new bottle of his Bexacat pills from my vet's online pharmacy. Of course, they would not allow me to return them, even though they are in the original packaging and have never been opened. I posted to my local cat group on FB in hopes of finding someone near me who was treating their cat with the medication. Unfortunately, I've had no luck with that route. So I thought I would post here in hopes of finding someone who would be able to use them for their cat.
I am in the western NC area, so if anyone is in the region, I'd be willing to meet up in person. Otherwise, I can ship them. It's a 30 count bottle, expiration date is 11/2024. I had been hoping to recoup some of the cost, I paid $90 for the bottle, if possible. I really just hate to throw away perfectly good meds though.
If this sort of post is not allowed here, admins please let me know.
