Hi everyone!

I wanted to put some before and after shots of Louie since I took on his care. :-D

He actually looks, well, fat in the picture below! Hes really not, but is definitely hitting a nice, healthy weight!!

I am so happy that Louie has nicely gained weight and seems so much healthier! I would also like to proudly say that he has re-gained his title as Alpha Cat in the household! Go Louie!!!

Thank you to all who helped me get him to this point! You guys are the best!!!!!

He is so much heavier! The difference is crazy. In three months, he has gone from feeling like nothing to feeling like a cat again! I am so happy that he is becoming healthier again thanks to all your help as well as the help of the wonderful people on fdmb!
 
It always amazes me just how fast they can bounce back once the diabetes gets under control. I've seen it with my two as well as so many other kitties here, they don't even look like the same cats a few months later.

I really thought I replied to this when you wrote it! I was totally surprised just now to see that I hadn't! WOOPS! Thanks so much! I too love his after photos! And thank you for the kind words!
 
I'm smiling again as I look at Louie's photos this morning. What a happy story and a great job you're doing taking care of that darling furguy.
