Beaucoup marking by multiple members of the pride

Not enough space and too many cats, I already know.

1) Someone is pooping by the front door; probably territorial. Storm door doesn't latch and gap at bottom of exterior door is probably letting in other cat's smells. Or something.

2) Tux is being attacked by Smokey Joe, so she's hanging out on the kitchen counter and pooping and peeing there (No, I'm not cooking there) She'll pee into a plastic container I have set up, but won't poop in it, so its harder to clean up.

3) Becca, the recent stray I took in, is front declawed (I didn't do that!) and being terrorized by the other cats; short of crating her, I have no way to protect her when I'm not home. Best option is to re-home her.

4) Phoebe is currently crated because she is a very aggressive marker; she'll midden anywhere and right in front of you to,o.

Nature's Miracle may not be clearing the residual odor enough; another product of theirs, supposedly a deterrent with lemon and cinnamon oil, is being ignored.

I am so tired of coming home to this!

I am so sorry to hear your kitty's are acting up. Im sorry I don't have any suggestions.

I can say BAD KITTY'S you guys act right for your mommabean!

I just recently switched to a new litter that I really like and found that they have a product that is supposed to help. I haven't used it myself, used their regular scoopable Precious Cat (definitely noticed a difference with less dust/less trackinng/better clumping/no odors), but I have read a lot of great reviews on their "Cat Attract" line that is supposed to encourage cats to use the box. It is supposed to come with a money-back guarantee.

I doused the floor by the doorway with bleach last night and lightly blotted; so far, no one has dumped there again. I may need to keep 'scenting' it that way.

How many cats do you have altogether, BJM?

I have a total of 12 indoors.

Mason, currently crated in a 4' long crated for socialization work. He's never been out and free-roaming. He's big enough, he'd either ignore them or knock 'em down.

Phoebe, currently crated in a 4' long crate due to middening; Moppet will try to attack through the crate door

Tux, senior, 1st floor only - too afraid of Moppet, her half-sister
Becca, 2nd floor, on top of computer desk hutch, front-declawed; everyone goes after her. She really needs a new home where she can feel safe.

Moppet, mainly 2nd floor; she will fight aggressively with Precious, Phoebe, & Tux
Precious, stays mainly on 1st floor as she will fight aggressively with Moppet

Street, any floor; will go after Phoebe, Tux sometimes, sometimes Moppet
Buster, any floor; will go after Phoebe, Tux sometimes

Spitzer, any floor; he is irritable with Smokey Jo around feeding time.
Fission, she'll go after Tux, Phoebe, Becca and Moppet occasionally
Pip, she'll go after Tux, Phoebe, Becca and Moppet occasionally
Smokey Joe, any floor, he bugs Tux and Precious (a lot)

So the lowest cats on the totem pole are Becca, Tux, and Phoebe.
Moppet can give as good as she gets, so usually someone jumps on her from behind or the side, not head on.

I need to pick up some fresh Feliway diffusers as my old ones have build up that smokes (not good for the lungs!) I pulled the top off a vial and have it sitting on the computer desk in the hopes it will reduce attacks on Becca. I also put a small litterbox under the computer desk to make it harder for Moppet to attack her in the litterbox.

I have a Feliway diffuser I could send you. I gave one away, but have one more sitting here on the counter I am not going to use. My cats all went crazy when I tried to use them. PM me your address if you'd like it.
