It is possible that she is a kitty who has a flat cycle after one in lower numbers than she is used to. That's a pattern I have seen before. If she were mine, I think I'd see what this cycle looks like and if she is higher than you want by pmps, then consider a smidge more (pull up more than one and let out drops until it is a "smidge" more than one) or try 1.25
It would be nice to know why they get the numbers they do. Once Dr. Lisa posted this great response about insulin being one part of this big puzzle that is the cat. It's the one variable you control - the others are things like a tummy upset, or seeing another cat outside or it being too hot.... So you just keep working with the numbers you see, and remember that one number is just one number, one cycle is just one cycle. Easier said than done.
In general, she is looking pretty good number wise and encouraging for some cycles. Is she feeling okay and eating/peeing/pooping well?
