Tomorrow will be one week since I started back on the sliding scale.
Baxters PS numbers have been a little more consistent, but over all I still don't see much movement in numbers.
I think it's time for some scale tweaking.
On Monday I start a job so I will be working 4 days a week. I'm actually pretty sad because now I won't be home to test Baxter or monitor him like I use to. I definitely don't want to try different doses while I'm not home. I will be a nervous wreck while I'm at work.
I going to increase I need to start very soon & have a few days of testing before I start work.
I am at a loss of how much to increase each range on Baxters scale.
Also I have a new bottle is this the time for me to open it? My vet said I wouldn't see a difference in numbers.
My vet also thinks I am not giving enough insulin. He thinks I need to give 1u or higher.
I'm open for suggestions, advice & support.
