Baxter did so well last night. Today is a new day...& looks like he is well on the way to IHop again.
I'm starting to see some diabetic symptoms return. He is super hungry & he is using the box at least 2x during the night. I noticed him standing flat footed too.
Everytime I give him over .6 he seems to have flat cycles. Is it because .6 is to much? Maybe every dose is giving him flat cycles not just .6. I dont know :?: :?:

PMPS-282-.6
+4-315

Hope everyone has a good day!

To me, this is more troubling than his numbers. You are using a sliding scale, right? Can you refresh my mind as to what it is?

Carl

Carl this is his current scale...

150-174-.3
175-199-.4
200-249-.5
250-299-.6
300-349-.7

AMPS-282-.6
+4-315
+8-256
No movement today that I have seen.
Carl go ahead & post the picture of the pancake.

Hrmmm,
The best cycle I see recently was when you gave him .6 on the 301 on the 21st. Granted, it did result in the 371 the next PS, but he got about a 50% drop from it.
SS doesn't say, but what did you shoot at the 371?

That's my kind of sunshine...one who stands on a sandy beach.

21st 301-.6
22nd-AMPS-371-.8 which made him flat all day. His PMPS was a little lower 243-.5

Then it brings us to today.
I am going right now to test & feed him.

BRB with results.

It might not have been the .8 that made him flat that day. It may have been reaction to the low the night before that caused that.

Oh, just so you know, that isn't me dressed up like a smiley on the beach....

Carl

I would shoot the scale and give him .7
I might consider .8 but then he'd pull a "Hey, Mom, you don't mind staying up all night, do ya?" on you...

Carl

I went with my scale .7 & your advice Carl. Not because I was scared of staying up late or all night. I did it for a couple of reason.

1. I wanted to see what #s I would get on .7 from our scale.
2. .8 would have been considered a increase from the scale. I don't want to do anymore increase right now.

+5-172

I'm going to sleep now. No plans on waking up & doing another test. See you in the morning with a AMPS. Hoping it's good.

NICE +5! Looking forward to seeing a GOOD PS, Baxter..."You can do it - you can do it - you can, you can - you can do it - you can do it - you can!" :RAHCAT
