Well another busy day. I won't be able to do any testing this afternoon.
Baxter AMPS is kind of high we are also 1 hr late. I would prefer to give him .4, but since I won't be here I going with .3.

AMPS-286-.3 Fat if that is really possible.

I am headed to a crawfish party (yucky). I'm 2 hrs late because I wanted to take care of Baxter. I will be back in a few hours with some test results.

All the Kitties out there behave & give us pretty numbers... :mrgreen:
 
Never had crawfish...always thought it'd be interesting to try, though.

Grayson says... Baxter, turn on the "flat thing"....maybe you can see the mousie I'm playing with. Maybe you can talk to it too - or to me.... don't worry, your mommy said she'd be gone a while! Sure hope she's bringing us some crawdads back! Yum!!! I'm tired of chicken! Gotta run - here comes my mom....

My DH is from Louisana so he knows how to cook them. He has a 120 quart pot...yes huge. Had a custom burner made a couple of years ago. It sounds like a jet when it's burning. It boils the water in about 15-20 minutes. He has what looks like a small boat oar to stir them. He does about 4 parties a year during the season all for friends. Tonight he boiled 50lbs of crawfish which is done in 2 batches. Usually the first batch is mild & the second is spicy. I don't really eat them because I think they are kind of gross. I use to play & catch them in the creek by my house when I use younger. It's hard to watch them being purged & the put into the pot. :o So I don't want to eat them.

Grayson don't encourage Baxter....the "flat thing" was put up while I was gone. :lol: I saw what he does at night on your moms postings. I read all the postings of him trying to wake you &' your momma up in the middle of the night. He is in trouble for doing that. :roll: He can't even watch birds on the flat thing until Monday.nailbite_smile
