Good Morning friends!
It's our early morning....Baxter got +6-123 last night. Not to bad.
This morning we are at...

AMPS-220-.3
I won't be back til +8 to test him. :-|

Hope everyone has a great day!

I didnt get home until +9 today. The day is gone already so I will just run a test @+10 & +12.

His ear got the afternoon off.

I will post some numbers later. See you this evening friends.

Baxter says "Missed having you here mom, but didn't miss the pokeys at all!"

Hopefully he had a nice day to catnap around in sun spots! Sounds like it would be a lovely day!

He also told me when I got home....mom my ears need a break, don't test me until PMPS. Which I did. Sometimes we all need a day off. :-D
PMPS-219-.3
I think I might have gave him too much.
+1.5-192

So I go to the gym, when I left he was on his bed....when I get home he is outside :o ....out front out of all the places nailbite_smile . I pulled in the drive way, here he came on the side walk from the bushes... . I don't know how he got outside. He is in trouble. He knows he can not be outside/front without somebody.
I'm still trying to figure out how he got outside. Bad Kitty!

When somebody HERE does something naughty - like sneaking out, hurdling the fence, or taste-testing a sibling - they go to jail.

"The Hut" is the big dog crate w/ a bed, litter box, toys, food & water bowls. Dogs and cats frequent the hut (minus the litter boxes for the dogs). "Jail", on the other hand, is the hard plastic crate w/ nothing soft to lie on.

(Jack the dog was somewhat of a juvenile delinquent!)

Bad kitty baxter! Stay inside and don't play hide and go seek with mama!

I have a kitty that likes to escape outside late at night right when i am locking the house up for night and going to bed. So he makes me stay up for another hour or so calling him and hitting a can. I'm sure my neighbors think that i am a crazy women hitting a can and calling my cat in the middle of night. I swear he does it just for ET when he is bored. I don't think it is very funny.

Hope Baxter behaves!

My last cat Kacoo was that way. I would stand outside calling his name, shaking the cat treat bag. Oh I looked like the crazy cat lady. Baxter has one hiding place the bushes. He knows I know. I have had to get in the bushes & pick him up before. Every night he goes out back. He can't really go anywhere he have a tall fence. Our yard isnt very big (its a subarb in houston). He just sits in the back porch. We have a Koi pond with a small waterfall so he sits out there & listens & checks things out. Then after awhile cries to come back inside.

Oh, Lori - the thought of you outside banging on a can in the middle of the night!  We live in "Institution City" - I'm sure we could find a place for you. ;-)

Jenn - Your backyard sounds wonderful - may I come and play??? :-D

My house is one too!!! A crazy house that is. It's nuts! My DH came home with a flag last week to hang on our pole outside on our house and it says, "Welcome to the nut house". It is a picture of a squirrel with acorn nuts all over it. Too funny! I had him hang it up right away! My kids think it's funny too!

I got to tell you this story about my dog. One cold rainy night this past winter @ about 1am my dog got me up because she had to go to the bathroom really bad. She is a golden retriever and always has to have a ball in her mouth when she goes outside no matter what time of day it is. We live on a mountain top with some steep slopes off one side. She decided to go to the bathroom near the slope, with her ball in her mouth. During her bathroom break she drops the ball down the slope in the pouring rain. You can imagine what happen next. She went diving down the slippery slope for her ball into the foggy rain. She is very old, almost 12yrs old, and has hip problems. I couldn't see her and could only imagine what happened to her. I called and called her. I mean i was screamming for her in the pouring rain. No response. So i started to proceed down the muddy slope, on my butt of course, in my PJ's, looking for her and screaming her name. Finally she comes climbing back up the hill, with her ball in her mouth of course. Next thing i know several lights came on in the neighborhood, including my DH. He really thought i had lost it that night. I'm sure the neighbors know now i'm a crazy animal person. So no balls outside at night anymore.

Oh, Lori - I can picture it now. I surely can't let DH read THIS thread or he'll think we're all nuts for sure!!

OMG I have tears from laughter coming from eyes. That is hilarious! Both....the flag is darn funny!
The dog story is even more funny! I am still laughing.

Well, ladies - I think I'm going to go get ready for bed so I can hit the pillow after testing/shooting at 3am. (It's 2am now) It was fun staying up with y'all!

Goodnight and GOOD NUMBERS!!!!

Woke up to Dom(dog) bellowing to go out at 2:30 am... only to read these and laugh    Now, Dom could be an outside dog, but Jack would rather be an under-cover hound. Even though we have a small fenced yard off the kitchen, it's flat. And it rains here. And Jack LOVES his fleecey toys... He tries to take them out, because the well-lit yard is a scary place to go pee in the middle of the night by yourself (Dom sitting on the porch by now). Once Jack finds "his spot", he abandons the toy and expects them to find their own way home. I have retrieved more fleecey toys from the yard, soaked them in bleach, because they were so nasty by the time I find them. We try to grab them before he's allowed to exit, but sometimes it's such a rush to get out the door... Would he slide down a slippery slope to rescue his fleecey toys, heck no! They'd be bobbing down a cliff and he'd be oblivious to them!

Not quite the visual I got from your stories, but just a Jack story at 3 am. Time to go back to bed...

Sounds like we all love our furry friends so much! My dog, Annie, is like our other child. I would do just about anything for her and vice versa. She is the best friend i've ever had. I don't mind my neighbors and DH thinking i'm a crazy animal person, because i get so much love from my animals that it doesn't matter what they think. I know we all share those feelings of love for our animals too.

Looks like we are going to be the "night owls" group. I'm always up to 1 or 2am to test copper before bed. So maybe we can all keep each other awake!
