He (?) is diabetic and sometimes his tweets include a link to his SS.

I commented once before in a reply to a tweet on the lack of BGs between shots and that the dose (I do not know the insulin used) is changed too frequently. Also I the lasted SS shows shooting 1 1/2 units with a PSBG of 32 (mg/dL). Any suggestions for how to help Bagheera?
