Baby's First Day on Levemir - 11/8/18

So yesterday Baby was on 15u of Lantus, and this morning she began on 8u of Levemir. Her BG has been 332-357 all day (not much change from the 15u of Lantus). So my question is, do I stick to the 6 cycles at 8u before increasing? And when I do increase, should I do it by .5 or 1u? Thanks!!

Hi. Welcome to levemir. I don't give dosing advise. However, I switched my Osha from Lantus to Levemir in June of 2017. Osha has never been diagnosed Acro, but I've often suspected it. It took awhile for Osha to stabilize on Levemir, but she is doing much better now. You can can look at her spread sheet to see how she reacted to the change.
