Sigh - so excited with last night's 196, but back into the reds this morning with 461. Double checked - second reading 466, so it's correct. Bouncy, bouncy, bounce.

I guess the good news is that the PU/PD was down yesterday (I've been weighing the "contents" of the lb every morning to see if any changes and she was significantly down this morning).

Poor Baby...hopefully some of the acro cats mama's will come on to tell you what works best...she looks like her comfort zone is in the higher numbers? @Amanda and a Loudogg - can you suggest some other acro experts to help? :)

Hang in Mary Ann, Baby will break through eventually. Just keep to raising on schedule. It took quite awhile for Olive to break though. When she did then its race down. Then she leveled out for quite some time and now we are going back up again. The acro and IAA are the leaders right now with Baby. The only thing you can do is try to stay on top of IAA. If you look at Olive's ss at the beginning Feb, March, April you will see how stagnant she was. Then you start seeing the occasional break. Then the break starts happening more often and lasting longer. It does happen. You just have to be patient and diligent which is easier said than done. I know Olive was soooo uncomfortable, miserable and looked sick and I felt helpless as I couldn't do anything more to make her feel better. Even now that she is slightly more comfortable and on rare occasion even play, she is still acro and that's a different cat breed all its own.

That bit of blue is a good sign. Remember, though, the IAA will fight the insulin so you may be seeing a bounce and the antibodies at work. Keep doing what you're doing!

Thank you all, I was kind of expecting it tbh. The good news is she does not seem to be in pain of any kind - still leaping across counters and playing with her little "mousie". :)

One thing different this morning with the suddenly colder weather...I had to prick her 3x to get a blood drop! She was not happy with me, but she'll get over it haha. I have to start using the heated rice sock I guess.
