Well the weekend went from crazy to down right insane. Father in law is going to need more care once he leaves the hospital than we first thought. They won't release him until he has home nursing care during the days as well as a life alert so I've spent the weekend trying to get everything in place so he can come home before he starts eating the nurses. To say he's not a good patient is an understatement. He's not pleasant when he feels good let alone sick. And he's already kicking and screaming about the additional staff needing to be added. But finally played hard ball with him of its either this or a nursing home.
Only way he'd agree was for me to do the early morning shift of getting him up, blood sugar checked and breakfast in him.
Autumn is still diving and bouncing like a ping pong ball. A mere .1 will drop her from the 400s to double digits in 6 hours. So waiting on a call from the vet with her blood work then starting her on the N. Dr Tami wanted me to hold off until the blood work came back to rule out any other causes for the wacky numbers.
Casey as always steady as a rock. He's settling nicely on the .75
