I live in Queens, NY and am looking for someone who can test my cats sugar, and give insulin when I get stuck late at work which is pretty often. Maybe once a day Tuesday, weds, thurs 4:30 pm.

Your best bet would be to ask at your local vets office. Care.com has pet sitting so you might find someone, or advertise on a local Facebook page.
