She is not feeling well today at all and seems very uncomfortable... She seems to have a belly ache with diarrhea. Keeps going in and out of the box (so happy I got another box downstairs). She cannot seem to get comfortable. She lays down for a minute, then changes positions. She just layed down next to me on the couch with her backside propped up on a pillow and her head down on the couch cushion. This seems to be a bit more comfy for her right now.

She's been eating this food for several weeks now, I'm not sure why she's having such a hard time with it now. I'm also not sure if i should try to start looking for another kind of food for them. I chose this one, Friskies Special Diet Turkey & Giblets, and sometimes Friskies Special Diet Beef & Chicken, because it is low carb and also low phosphorus, which seems to be good for Dudley's (Ashley's brother) crystals.

She has been having loose BMs for some time now, but this the second day this week that it seems more like the runs.

I did give them 1/2 a can of chicken & beef last night and today. I have been giving them both though, they just seem to like the turkey more.

I also gave them some deli turkey yesterday. I was told that was ok.

Deli turkey should be okay as long as there are no spices or rubs or anything. Is she still using the litter box? Is her tummy sore to the touch?

No spices or anything...just plain oven baked Oscar Mayer turkey breast. Yes, she is using the litter box. I think she's happy to have the second box downstairs.

It is just hard to tell. It could be that the food is the culprit. Is it a gluten free variety? Sometimes cats are sensitive to gluten.

You could try FortiFlora; people here swear by it - it is a probiotic that you get from the vet. I am pretty sure you can get it from the vets at PetSmart. If it continues, I would take her to the vet and rule out any physical causes. Then you make have to work with the diet.
