It's ok certanly an improvemnt on the recomendations, they are actually going for monitoring at home, but still missing some issues like diet and the fact that they are not addressing the importance that the owner/parents of the cat should know what to do if the cat goes to low or how to determine when to give insulin or when to skip a dose, those kind of things when it is actually dangerous, it is not realistic to think that the vet will be available 24/7 always
