Oreo's numbers where staying around 120-150 and I was just watching his sugar. He acts like he feels great. He even threaten to give the dog a piece of his mind today. His dry skin is much improved. He is still super skinny but I had only been testing once a day. Then we kinda got off track and today was the first time in 3 days I had tested him. He has not had insulin since 6/24. He BG is a 69! He hasn't had food since around noon today. He is eating now. Do I check him again in a little bit? Can they rebound and go hypo on their own after several days with no insulin? I can't imagine how but...Thank you!

We consider a kitty in remission if they range from 40- 120, off insulin, with the majority of the time in double digits, for 14 days. I'd start your countdown today. Good luck!

No hypos if they have not have any insulin.
