Are cooked chicken necks safe?

I know many people give kitties raw chicken necks to gnaw on, but I wonder if anyone uses cooked ones? My gut tells me that they are more dangerous because the bones would fracture more easily, but I don't really know for sure. I poached the neck, heart, giblets, and a skinless breast, and want to know what is safe to give as snacks. Thanks!

The general rule is no cooked large bones. Cooking makes them hard and if injected without really chewing them can result in damage or blockage of the digestive tract.

Glad my gut is good for something. Thanks! One of my civvies threw up the poached chicken (in addition to his regular food) last night. Is that strange? I don't feed it very often.
