Apparently it's natural, "holistic" and no grain. But is it low carb? It seems pretty low...around 2% or so as a very basic calculation on the below stats.

Any experiences with this? I see it's got potatoes, peas, carrageenan, guar gum and locust bean gum (is flaxseed oil a carb?), though at least the first six ingredients are meat and a bit of fish.
I'm trying to get some variety (and locally available) wet food for Dweezil.
