Anyone see something I'm missing?

Do we need to increase the dose? I worry about going up to 4 because the 3.75 looks worse than the 3.5. Am I missing something? Is there a reason to wait until the antibiotic is finished?
 
Looking at her spreadsheet I would got the other way...I would take her back to 3.25u, when she was on that dose back in Dec. she was getting mostly blues and greens, it just doesn't look like you held it long enough to let all her bouncing to stop and let her settle into the dose. She looks like one of those cats that might take a couple of weeks to settle down when she starts hitting even yellows and blues, just because her body has gotten so use to being high.

Thanks for the advice. I hate when I get stuck like this not sure which direction to even move. My hesitation is that it just doesn't look like bounce to me so much. We really saw bounce with Levemir, and with Lantus this is very different. I guess that's not surprising, but still.
